END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Smart cleaner

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement
("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual
or a single entity) and Smartcleaner.net ("THE AUTHOR") for
the software product identified above, which includes
computer software and associated media, and may include
electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not
use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Smartcleaner.net may
terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all
copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

1. Smart cleaner ("THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT") is 
Copyright (c) 2007 Smartcleaner.net ("THE AUTHOR"). 
Portions Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation.

2. Anyone may use THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT during a test period 
sufficient for detailed acquaintance with the program. Following 
this test period, if you wish to continue to use THE SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT, you must register. Once registered, the user is granted 
a non-exclusive, time limited license to use THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
for a given time period for any legal purpose.

3. The registered version of THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be 
rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in its 
entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of 
this license. If THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an update, the
transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

4. The unregistered trial version of THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be
freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided 
the distribution package is not modified. No person or company 
may charge a fee for the distribution of THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT
without written permission from THE AUTHOR. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
may not be bundled or distributed with any other package 
without written permission of THE AUTHOR.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: 
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: THE AUTHOR OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 
THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY MATERIALS THAT ACCOMPANY THIS
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
THE WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS,
MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS
SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS NOT DESIGNED, INTENDED OR LICENSED
FOR USE IN ANY ENVIRONMENT WHICH REQUIRES FAIL-SAFE OPERATION
(INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE OPERATION OF EMERGENCY 
RESPONSE SERVICES, AIRCRAFT OR NAUTICAL NAVIGATION OR
COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, NUCLEAR
FACILITIES, AND WEAPONS SYSTEMS) OR IN ANY OTHER SITUATION IN
WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT COULD LEAD TO DEATH,
PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE.
THE AUTHOR OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR SUCH PURPOSES.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OF THIS
SOFTWARE PRODUCT BE LIABLE TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED, OR ALLEGED
TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY THE USE OF, OR
IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE OR OTHER ECONOMIC
ADVANTAGE), EVEN IF THE AUTHOR OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

THE AUTHOR OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE
SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS ERROR-FREE OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT
INTERRUPTION. THE AUTHOR OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT ASSUMES NO
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN, AND MAKES NO
WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF
ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT, OR IN ANY
MATERIALS THAT ACCOMPANY THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, OR IN ANY
DOCUMENTS OR WEBSITES WHICH ARE REFERENCED BY THIS
SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 

6. To register THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT you must complete the registration 
form and send it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized 
registration sites. The license granted to you by registration 
is limited to 1 year. After this period, the license must be prolonged.

7. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify or transfer 
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any subset of the software, except 
as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use 
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license 
and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

8. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by THE AUTHOR.

9. Installing and using THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT signifies acceptance 
of these terms and conditions of the license.

10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
the software from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
